Common topics

Import issues

If a CSV, OFX/QFX-style file, pasted message, or OCR import does not parse correctly, include the import type, a redacted sample of the source content, and what you expected to happen.

Backup and restore

If backup or restore fails, include where the backup file was stored, whether the problem happened during export or import, and any error message shown by the app.

Widget issues

If the widget is not updating correctly, include the widget size, whether the main app shows the expected budget data, and whether the issue happens after editing budgets or transactions.
